- DOE/NNSA's Office of International Nuclear Security (INS): Responsible for coordinating and organizing the event. The NNSA (National Nuclear Security Administration) is an agency under the U.S. Department of Energy focusing on nuclear security and nonproliferation.

- BRIN (National Nuclear and Innovation Agency): Provides administrative and logistical support for the event.
- BAPETEN (Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency): Offers technical and security support related to nuclear regulatory oversight in Indonesia.
This workshop aims to bring together experts to share best practices in mitigating insider threats involving personnel with access, authority, and knowledge of sensitive facilities. Through interactive discussions and case studies, participants are expected to enhance their understanding and implementation of effective insider threat mitigation strategies.
